Walter comes from Congo-Kinshasa and has been living in Bern, Switzerland for 40 years. He discovered his love for painting after watching 'La belle noiseuse' with Michel Piccoli and Emanuelle Beart. Drawing and painting portraits is what he likes the most. To bring up human expressions and to fathom them is his passion. Human faces and their ways of expressing so many different emotions and feelings in such a clear and unmistakable way ist where he gets his inspiration from.
