16.30 – 18.00  Welcome and Introduction  

First, we would like to start with an open exchange on the use of gender-inclusive language in Portuguese, Spanish and maybe other languages spoken by Afrolatin people. For this part, we hope to collect information on what is being preferred and used in order for us to learn. As a second step we will set a common ground on how we want to talk to each other at the gathering itself as we might be switching between languages.  

18.00 – Open End  A Comer  

We look forward to your contribution to the open buffet (drinks, food and snacks) and great conversations with you all! This part will be accompanied by music.  Details will follow soon so stay tuned.

16.15 -17.15   Bienvenida y introducción  Quisiéramos comenzar con un intercambio sobre el uso de lenguaje inclusivo para todos los géneros en español, portugues y tal vez otros idiomas hablados por personas Afrolatinas. Para esta parte esperamos colectar información sobre preferencias y el uso así que podramos aprender. En un segundo paso nos pondremos de acuerdo sobre cómo queremos hablar entre nosotr@s, también para este mismo evento ya que a lo mejor cambiaremos de idiomas.    

8.00 – Open End   A Comer  

Nos alegramos de que traigan contribuciones a un buffet abierto (bebidas, comida, para picar) y conversaciones maravillosas con tod@s ustedes! Esta parte será camapnhada por musica.
